I had a USPS Letter Carrier issue me a written warning because my garden hose was near the approach to the 3 steps up to the front door. (he refused to leave my mail that day)

The warning stated that all delivery would be stopped if I continued to jeopardize the lives of UPSP Letter Carriers, and that if necessary, the local Police would become involved.

He was a pretty decent guy, so I told him if he couldn't just knock on the door and tell me to move the hose, and then called the Cops, I'd have to hit him with a shovel.

my wife had a dog when she was a teenager, he was a lhasa apso shih tzu mix. so after we got married he was about 13-14 years old, couldn't run very well and was going blind. we had the postal carrier refuse to bring our mail cause he was outside in the back yard, behind a 4 foot tall chain link fence. btw, this is what he looked like (not her actual dog, just one i found online for reference.

btw, we contacted the post office, they sent an inspector out to see our dog, needless to say, the postal carrier was switched to a different route. not like we had a vicious pitbull in the backyard...

Gotta love posties. My regular guy is pretty good but he was off so we had a part timer. She was a b-femaledog. She said that I had too many packages and that she won't deliver them and I'd have to go to the post office to get them. I asked if she had them on her and she did, but wouldn't give them to me. I said have fun carrying them for your entire route then. When I went to get them at the post office the guy was puzzled as to why she wouldnt deliver them. A complaint went in but of course they can't comment on the outcome because of confidentiality.
