Az Diamonbacks
Took the family to D-Backs practice and scored! Barry Enright tossed my son a ball and we got it signed by B. Enright (of course), J. Collmenter,
Ian Kennedy and some unknown bench coach (i need to find out who it was). Son and daughter got there hats signed multiple times and got some cards signed...1 josh collmenter, 1 jj putz, 2 miguel montero, 2 stephen drew, 1 barry enright, 1 ryan roberts, 1 ian kennedy, 1 matt williams, and one awesome kirk gibson!!!!! As I was getting the K. Gibson card out my son held the ball out and said "will you sign my ball please". I was thinking, Cool, he got Kirk.....Then (I think hes a bull pen coach) grabbed the ball and signed it. I was thinking damn it!!! Then the coach hung out and talked to him for a few minutes and I changed my mind. Hes only 5 and between having a ball thrown to him and talking to a coach made his day and after all thats why we went! Im not sure how other players on other teams are but our Diamondbacks players are very nice and make themselves accessible to the fans. Man do I love living in Az!!!!

Great experience!! Did you get any pictures of your son talking to the coach? How many 5 yr old will remember that. Post a few pictures of the auto's your not sure about. I'm sure someone on here will be able to tell you who they are

I didnt get a picture of him and the coach because I saw Matt Williams and Kirk Gibson way off to the side, grabbed my boys hand and took off in that direction leaving the wife and daughter (and camera) to hold our spot where the players were signing. we did get a ton of pics with the players though. I would post picks but I think you need 10 posts before you can post pics and Im a newbie! The only signature Im not sure of is some coach, he numbered it 99. I have looked on the website and no coach is listed as #99. Oh well, I know 3 of the 4 on the ball.

One other thing that I forgot to list.I went to a game last year and sat in the outfield. The opposing team hit a homer just to my right and the next day in the sports page is a picture of G. Parra climbing the wall with me in the background. I kept the newspaper and took it to the practice and Parra signed it for me. I think its pretty cool and something that not many people can say that they have in there collection
