i was going to read it and then i saw the source and just decided not to go there.

That's a very weak argument, and the article is essentially void of any specific facts, other than in FL, you can't vote on the Sunday before the election and that you can't change your address at the booth. This hardly sounds like disenfranchisement, and if it is, the author has failed to actually substantiate any of his claims.
