I am looking to buy a Kevin Love Topps Chrome RC and I have $11.50 paypal to spend on this card. Here are a few requirements I have though on what I am exactly looking for.

1. Scan is a must.
2. Card must be in mint condition.
3. Centering, Edges, Corners, and Surface must be good as I might send this card for grading.
