LCS and ebay
Would it concern anyone if their LCS sold alot of stuff on ebay? It would almost make you wonder if they are pack searching and selling some of the hits on ebay and the rest going in the cases. Because what does a card shop owner do when there is no customers? Guy has alot of good stuff listed.

If I was an LCS owner I would buy a case or two of a new product for the store and a case for myself to bust open and sell singles on ebay or in the store. He/she may have nice stuff if they are busting a lot of product by the case.

It wouldn't worry me, LCS owners have to make money, and using ebay is just another way to make money.

I sort of expect it, since the card market is generally better online than anywhere else.

Yeah, I don't see any harm in it. As long as they aren't pack searching the products they have opened for their customers on the shelves. If he or she opened a box or case and thought they could get better money on eBay than their store why not sell the cards there. He took a gamble of pulling a nice card and now has to make his or her money back.

only way to know for sure is to buy a boatload of packs from him and see how many hits you get!

I'd be no more concerned about this than I would at the sight of the LCS having a nice display case of cards pulled from their breaks. Indeed, many of the better stores out there will have a wide range of options for you to get singles, packs, boxes, or cases.

Wouldn't bother me at all. Only way I would not like it is if you saw some of their listings saying "Hot Packs" or guaranteed hit. Other than that it's fine.
