    Grading Cards

First part, where and at what cost would it be to grade let's say 20 cards ?

Second part, I realize the industry reacts highly to let's say an 8.0 vs a 10 grade, but just playing devils advocate ... if a card was graded years ago, can the grade be wrong in the future, if as an example the card was not stored properly ... ie:sunlight, in displays not protected by UV ? Are you not at the risk of how the last owner actually preserved for the card ?
