Never give them the OK to replace anything until you know what cards are coming your way. .ask for a list and evaluate it for yourself. When you're happy, then give them the OK. I have pending redemptions with UD, ITG, and Panini at the moment.
UD is 11/13 in fulfilling my redemptions with 1 replacement, and 1 still pending. 11 good so far but I know Lundqvist is a good signer and i have no problem waiting.
ITG. Let's face it, no one complains about ITGs customer service.
Panini is new for me and I'm getting mixed signals from collectors on both sides of the fence. I have 3 pending at the moment with another redemption incoming. I'm banking on Lundqvist remaining a good signer still.
