05 Topps DP&P Auto - Yuck
I won the redemption card for a Dan Cody 05 Topps DP&P Class Marks off of ebay and immediately sent it in for redemption. Today I got a package back in the mail and inside was his Class Marks Auto Card. I was hoping for a decent Auto, but instead I got "DC 53rd" as the auto. I guess its his writing but in my opinion its a terrible Auto. I guess he was counting how many autos he did so he knew how many more he had to do. I got a scan of it here so let me know what you guys think. Thanks

Cody was the 53rd overall pick. I think that must have been the reason he signed it like that. I agree that the initials part of it is awful, but at least 53 appears to mean something.

Yeah, Morency has the worst auto, hands down. I kind of like the Dan Cody auto...53rd pick overall...would be nice to see how many he signed like that.

I have a Dan Cody Donruss RC Auto that was redeemed.
He also signed it DC 53rd.
Maybe he was proud of being a second rounder...or number 53...or tired of writing Dan Cody (7 letters - heaven help him!)...
