KOMISAREK gets beat again
Does this guy ever learn,especially poking the same bear that beat his butt bad before,must have rocks in his head,looked like he had some tears in his eyes towards the end hanging on for dear life!!

Really? I applaud him for trying to get his team to show some emotion. We all knew that was a bad Idea but at LEAST he had the courage to try to motivate his team where his CAPTAIN has failed.
As bad as he did and I'm pretty sure he did not want to do it he tried for the better of his team.
My question to you... who on the HABS would try that if you were in our boat last night?
Gomez? Gionta? PK? Get back to me on that.

Whats there to get back to you about,staubitz is the only one who would take the task on,i never liked the guy[komi] when he was on the habs and laughed when he got his butt handed to him again,if he was smart he woulda went after somebody else instead of trying to poke the same bear that whooped his butt time's before!O by the way,have fun with the Burke run show!

Your missing the point. Komi went after him for a reason. Everyone knows he lost last time but he did that to spark a dead team.
If you are just watching a fight clip and have no idea the circumstances of the game then yes he got his butt kicked. If you actually watched the game and understood what was going on at the time you would understand what he was trying to do.
I have had fun with the Burke run show. Thanks.

If he really wanted to help the team, then how about he does it by actually performing on the ice? I think that would be more helpful than trying to prove something against Lucic.
I watched the game. If Komi wanted to spark the team, he should have tried something before they were down by four goals.

The Habs have Staubitz and White for those situations. White only came back recently from injury, so Moen occasionally gets into the mix. Btw, know your rivals well enough to know at least who to direct boobirds at.
I'm surprised Phaneuf did not do anything himself since I recall he is known to get into an occasional fight himself at last report. Anyway, if the Leafs wanted to spark anything, it should have been done by the time it was only 2-0, not when it's already 4-0.

In terms of things that spark teams, I'd say getting a shot on net is probably more effective than going into a losing fight :P
Let's be honest, Komi just got frustrated and lost his cool. It was as much for his own agenda as it was to spark the team.

LOL,he didn't prove anything but poking an angry bear cause's a headache,maybe he should learn to play defence or poke somebody else to be effective,he's lucky that lucic didn't knock some teeth out or put him on a stretcher,but i did have a good laugh watching him get pounded!
