$5 craigslist box
Just got this off of craigslist...large box of mixed sports and hobbies, $5.
For the price, can't go wrong right? I wonder what I'm about to find.
If anyone is looking for 88 score or 91 Topps, lmk. LOL.

Man I wish I could find stuff like that around here. Every time something like that pops up locally, the seller is convinced they must be priceless and won't take less than $100. Literally, there are people offering sealed 1991 Donruss sets for $100 or more!!

lol, yeah I find that stuff up here too, pretty comical.
I just finished going through, not much really. To be honest, I bought it because there was mention of x-men cards in here, and those resell with ease. It looks like I'll make a little change off of this after all.
Some football from the early 80s, the '66 Owens, a Jim Edmonds RC is about it.

oh, and a pile of older football.
I don't know what vintage is in football, but there's a decent stack of early 80s football.
Including a Dexter Manley RC. Kinda cool.

Once upon a time (around 1990) I recall when dealers in the area paid one penny per common card. I was able to cash in some commons for a pack of 1987 Fleer and pulled a Will Clark RC. King of the world in the neighborhood.
Have fun!
