Need Some Patch Experts

I was looking at this card:

Need some patch experts to locate where this patch is from? and was also wondering why the colors seem off.

I'm no expert so I can't comment on the coloring, but as for where it's from, took me a couple minutes of flipping the pic around and i finally figured it out. the box is crude, but it'll let you know where it's from:

Good job by Mike finding where it is from on the jersey. Notice there are 14 rookies listed from 05-06 when they are from 10-11.
Depending on scanner settings (if a scanner was used ) can do things to patch colors that seem different from views with the naked eye.

Example to the naked eye the blue looks the same on this one but the scanner makes it look like two different colors.



There are several settings on my scanner for instance i could change that may affect the color blue. If i get a chance later i will try.Hope that helps.

He probably just used a template and kept on putting in different names and cards he had because if you look at his feedback, most are from 2005/06 The Cup.

Thanks for the reply guys, I also have a feeling this is a shoulder patch from the third jersey as that logo is definitely smaller than the usual crest on the front of the jersey.
