    You know as many cards as I've had and as many packs as I've opened, I think I've only ever had one Biggio card. I pulled his rookie out of a pack of '89 fleer back in '94. At the time I thought: 'Eh, he's a good player, but he'll never be one 'o the greats'



    Want to slap myself now. The card won't be worth that much even after he makes the Hall Of Fame. Maybe $5, but I wished I would've kept it. I've grown to like the type of player he was. I don't think he totally got the respect he deserved during his playing days, but he was arguably the best all-around second baseman in the NL during the '90s, maybe in all of baseball. And one of baseballs best all-around athletes ever. What other player has played catcher, infield, and outfield and stood out defensively at each position as well as he did?
