Trouble with creating Panini account

Just made a trade with Brian (Goose97) recently for a Ryan Callahan Certified Collision Course Auto redemption so i need to create an account for Panini. Unfortunately i've been unsuccessful in doing so.

I filled out all of the info and when i press accept, it refreshes the page without any of my information in any of the required fields. I check my email for the confirmation notification and nothing is in there. I try filling out the info again with the same username and it says a duplicate username has been found, please provide another. Have tried like 8 different usernames too and no luck.

Anyone else have trouble with this? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Mine worked first time not sure what is going on maybe try again in a cpl hrs could be a wonky connection

they must know you have a redemption. they dont want you to redeem it. lol
