ITG redemption help
Hi All,
I have a quick question regarding the 2010-2011 BTP redemption points program.. I have only been collecting cards for about a year now and have no experience with redemptions yet. I was able to collect two sets of the 200 redemption points required for the redemption program, however, I am unsure how I should send these in.
A) Should I send all 400 points in one box, or 2 separate boxes of 200? I am not sure if they accept 400 all in one, this would be best choice in my opinion and most logical too. (asking to prevent issues down the line).
B) Should I e-mail ITG prior to sending these to try to open some kind of case number so they are expecting my points or is this not necessary?
C) What is the best method for sending these? I was thinking of posting with tracking? Or some kind of confirmation when they receive these? Please let me know what you think the best way to go about this is.
I believe I have extra points left over, if anyone is close to completing the 200 but not there yet, hopefully I can help you. Or if someone has like 150+ points and can't be bothered completing the 200, please let me know.
Thank you in Advance!
Joe

You can send them all in at once and no need to contact before.
Never a bad idea to send with tracking. That way you know they got there
Hope this helps

Due to the size of the package you will probably end up being better off sending as small parcel and/or XpressPost.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I sent in 800 a couple of months ago. The shipping (with tracking / signature) cost me about $20 (maybe a little more?). Don't need to contact them, but when doing anything like this - I do always leave a note in the package telling them how many points I've sent in, and with my mailing address / contact information.

Good post. I'm trying to rack up the ITG H&P points for this years set. Hard to get these in trade as people think they are worth alot. I've had people wanting $1 a piece, when in reality as noted by someone, your not going to get a $200 card out of it.
I know I'd probably send mine in a box, probably throw elastics around stacks of 50 with a tag on it saying how many in each stack. Plus my information so they have it.
If anyone has any 11-12 H&P let me know. Always looking.

Megadeth,
If you have any extra I need 19 he shoots he saves BTP points. If you have them send me a pm, I noticed you said you may have some so just thought I'd ask.

thanks all for your input! If I sent my cards requiring a signature ,, would ITG accept that?
30randford, After getting 200 I cant believe you got 800,, that is awesome!
MattDMC, I will keep you in mind, I believe I will be able to take care of the 19 points you need.
