God and marriage question

I was having this discussion on another website and wanted to get the P&R boards spin on it. Say that there is a lesbian couple who is legally married in the state that they are married in. One of the women cheats on the other with a man. Assuming for the sake of argument there is a God would this be considered adultry in God's eyes. Why or why not?

so you want us to assume what god may or may not do?

the state should consider it adultery and so should the couple, but god has infinite choices

I would assume that it would be considered adultery in the eyes of god from what I know about christianity.
