I need some help on pricing for a PS3 package

Gaming experts I need your help.

I am in the market for a PS3 and have a friend that has one he's willing to sell but neither of us have any idea on pricing. Here's what he's got:

    3 controllers
Its the slimmer new style with the most memory u can get
    HDMI cable

5 Games including Madden, Tekken, Tiger Woods, and he's suppose to text me the remaining 2 games.

Any ideas? What other info would you need to help me?

How old are the sports games. They don't hold value at all.

The HDMI cable is dirt cheap online - 5-10 usually
    3 controllers - 20 to 25 a piece
    PS3 320 GB(assuming the right size) 225-250

With the package deal. To save the hassle and such 300 would be about right.

Not to step on any toes but I got an Uncharted Bundle from Amazon Warehouse Deals for $209, free shipping. It was listed as Used but came brand new.
To answer your question, though. I wouldnt pay more than 265 for the bundle.
