Eyewitness accounts are nonetheless often unreliable - they are not like video or DNA evidence. Perhaps they are right, but let's consider - people are upset because a murder undeniably took place, and someone is out free. Was it likely that a fight occurred, and Zimmerman had to defend himself? Yes, but when you have a 5'9" 250 pound guy trained in defense from a law program going against a 6'3" 140-160 pound unarmed teenager, there are a lot of people who are going to find shooting someone to death as kinda over the top, race or not. Kinda like when that white female died. The media is on this because it's a huge story with many questions, and that is understandable.

I can promise size has little to do with a fight. The 9-11 call has Zimmerman screaming for 60 seconds before he screams. With the 9-11 tape and witness account, Zimmerman was getting stomped for a full minute before he drew a gun. Sorry, but I don't know ANYONE that would shoot if they were being beat unconscious for a full minute and feared for their life.

Zimmerman also has been doing this for 7 years and made tons of calls and never had an incident until that night. Too much opinion based on anger and little facts.

There are many opinions coming from both sides, many with plausible explanations. You need to stop reading anger into everything you happen to disagree with. You yourself went around rather childishly and called people 'sheeple' just because you think you know everything about this case. Might want to take a cue from AuTaxMan and just list the facts and then draw your own conclusions like many of us here are doing, even if we disagree with each other, and then admit that not everyone is stomping around and throwing tantrums when they are not.

Anyway, I simply find it very hard to believe that a confident vigilante who was both older and more muscular than the person he shot to death couldn't defend himself, or that shooting the teen to death was justified. I haven't gone around protesting this at all - I've merely read about it and discussed it with people online. How angry and vicious. LOL.

Because he was the first on scene and didn't get all the evidence. After a witness confirmed Zimmerman's story the charges were not filed.

So you are trying to suggest that police jump to conclusions without all the facts?
