    Does that constitute a copyright infringement case? Can UD sue that seller? Unauthorized usage of their design?

    I don't have a problem, at all, with what he's doing (though I wonder if Upper Deck would... as he's making money by re-producing their cards as magnets). The listings are pretty straight forward.
