Hi from Bama, I was very big into baseball,basketball and football cards from 82-92. I stopped buying due to my age and so many cards out there. I mostly do it because i'm a big sports fan but this time I would like to make a little money. (from selling cards I don't want, I use to just keep everything)
My plan is to buy and keep the players I love and sell/trade ones I don't care about. I'm mostly into football cards. I'm only looking to buy old cards and new.
I'm a big fan of the players below and will buy and keep them.
Peyton Manning
Eli Manning
Ben Roethlisberger
Andrew Luck
Trent Richardson
Julio Jones
Ndamukong Suh
Steelers from the 70's

The problem i'm finding so for is I have no idea what best to buy. I think rookies and auto's are the way to go just like 20 years ago. Back then it was easier topps,fleer,upper deck now it looks like their are a hundred difference companies. I just got 25 press pass cards of Trent and Luck and 25
Leaf Draft of Trent and Luck very cheap but I think they will always be cheap cards after looking around a little. I got them off ebay not a big fan of paying 3 bucks on shipping for a 1 buck card. Where's the best place to buy. Whats the best companies to buy? I'm looking mainly to spend 20 to 100 a card. I will only pay much more for someone like Willie Mays ,ect. I also love buying new boxes but not sure what to buy.

I would really love any help you can give me.
