7/17 I got 2 ttm in today
2/2 from Eric young Jr, personalized it
1/2 from Joey Votto, signed 1 card and then the toploader of the other, that is why I no longer send in toploaders, still a successes
I am gonna send the card to him explaining what happened and hopefully he will, sign it

7/22/12- Went to the phillies game vs the giants and i was very very upset with the outcome. I did get some autos, 2/2 from Greg Luzinski, signed an 8x10 and card for me at his BBQ booth. After the pitchers were done warming up Joe Savery signed and it was a madhouse. I mean normally for lower end guys like him people act normal and dont push and shove but for some reason there was like 20 people all crowded around him. I missed out on him. What annoys me is that alot of the people are little kids that honestly dont care about the autograph and will probably lose it in a week and since they are kids they get first dibs and create a big scene.
Now i am waithing by the dugout for an hour and a half and this was probably the best chance in the 4 years ive graphed at phils games to get the stars autos. First Hunter Pence comes over and he walks over right near me, he is about to take my ball and a securty guard tells him to leave our area and go down to the other part, which I dont understand. I think a cop or someone had to get through or there was something in the way of him but it really bugged me. Then Chase Utely comes over and is about 10 people away from me and never makes it down to where I am. Third Jimmy Rollins who in the 4 years ive graphed at CBP ive only seen sign 1 other time is walking right towards me. I open my binder and find my 2008 WS team pic that has already been signed by Victorino and hand it to him. He wont sign it, i dont know why he was right in front of me and I was almost begging for him to sign it and he was taking balls that were from people that were standing behind me leaning over my back and standing next to me but wont sign my picture. I was so mad at that point I dont know why he wouldnt sign it. If anyone can give me a reason please do so, maybe he doesnt sign pictures or WS merchandise, i honestly have no idea.The phils walkoff hit by non other then Jimmy Rollins sweetned the day but I am still preety mad about this.

Rollins probably thought that he already got you or your binder made him think that you were a dealer.

That doesn't really matter to them. A lot of the Phillies think that dealers will pay kids now to get autographs for them. Sadly, it's kind of true, but most players exaggerate it by thinking that every kid with a binder is selling their stuff. I'm 17, and I've been mistaken for a dealer a bunch of times. I now avoid showing players my notebooks or binders.

If it's someone you really want, ask them to personalize. It may not look great on the photo, but that's the best way to get 'em. They'll see that you aren't a dealer, or at least you aren't trying to sell it. I've been skipped, then asked them to personalize...on multiple occasions, they've come back and signed, but not personalized.
