How to get a response from Panini?
I've been waiting on three redemptions that were mailed out about seven weeks ago, and that I'm quite sure have been lost in the mail. I'm not even that worried about possible replacements since none were high-end cards, but I am very frustrated with the lack of response from Panini.
I have sent email, I've left voicemail messages, and I've tried without success to contact a live rep with whom to speak. I am just trying to figure out now what my best option is to get any kind of response.
Do I continue e-mailing and calling? Has anyone here filed a BBB complaint with them, or would that be taking things too far?

Hmmm. I have one redemption thru them. Someone posted that stuff was going out recently and the card I'm due was on the list. But my account showed no change on the redemption. I know I'll be on the lookout for it. This card better not get lost.

I think the assumption you're making here is that they actually mailed them. From what I've read elsewhere - having them flip the status doesn't mean they actually did anything.
My bet - not lost at all, just never mailed out.

They show as shipped and the site included what I assume is a delivery confirmation number. They indicate processing at a postal outlet in Texas back in February.

Yikes!
If they provided some kind of tracking number - then something isn't right...... though I have heard of packages taking a couple of months to arrive if Canadian customs gets ahold of them.

Definitely get it out in the social media world.
BBB and the likes are overused by people. Not saying people don't have legit gripes but for every person who has a legit gripe, there is someone who doesn't and just thinks they can fast track their way to free stuff and whatever.
