eBay box wins :)
Picked up a box of 05 SPx for $75 and 2 boxes of 05 Topps Finest for $55 each.
Anyone else having good luck buying boxes on eBay lately?
Normally I buy at the shows around here cause its cheaper without shipping but these two deals were to good to pass on.

thank you. i will post the results when they come in. i got a case of 05 topps jumbos coming in a day or two also im gonna break a couple of those so hopefully ill have some nice stuff :D

I got the Topps case and opened 3 of the boxes. Got an Antonio Gates, Troy Williamson, Cadillac Williams jersey and a Terrence Murphy auto. Selling the other boxes. I am still waiting on the Finest and the SPx isnt gonna happen cause i think the seller is a scam artist(so im not paying and he apparently doesnt care).

Good Luck on the Finest, opened a box and got Gino Gugliudi or something, what a waste. I like the way ESPN looks better, even though it's UD.

Well i'm not gonna get the Finest boxes. The seller waited a week to send me a e-mail saying they were out of stock (yeah right) and that they would ship by the end of the week. Now this morning I get an e-mail from PayPal that he is refunding my money. ™™™. I know its just because he wasnt happy that his 8 boxes all sold for $55 each. Well he already left me positive feedback so once i get the refund than i'm sending negative feedback since he waited a week to tell me anything and than just refunded my money and didnt tell me why.
11chaos there are two more on eBay right now, one is at 34.99 and the other has a buyout of 41.99.

That stinks about your luck on eBay..I think this is the time of year that all the creeps come out. I sold a lot of cards over a month ago, got bid up to $80, guy was a nonpayer...so I relisted it and now it went for only $42, now this guy is nonpaying and not responding...UGH! I bought a 2-box lot of Finest for $130 and thought it was a good deal, he said UPS shipped it out yesterday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
The way I see it, I was running 100% on eBay for too long, so it was time for someone to screw me over, just didn't think it would happen twice in a row.

Yeah, I'm with you guys on the ebay thing, i have no luck. I won an autction awhile ago, and sent a $$ order. And waited................and waited................
Next thing I know i have a negative feedback for non-payment. NICE. So i email the guy, and gave him the $$ order info etc. A couple of days later he mysteriosly receives the $$ order. At this point I just want my $$ back (this was over a month later) So I get my $$ back and he retracts the negative feedback. I'm still a bit frustrated, so I leave a neutral feedback, because this guy/girl is completely a pain in the ™™™™™. Next thing I know I get a negative feedback again from this nut-job. Unreal man.

I just won a box of 2005 Topps All-American for $41 (retails for around $95), we'll see what happens. . .
