What book did you just read

I recently got back into reading thanks to my Kindle Fire. I just finished the memoirs of Ira Wagler titled "Growing up Amish".

It's about a young man who leaves the Church to see what's outside the protected confines of the Amish community.

I rate it 4/5 Stars. It's a page turner. So much in fact, I had it done in three sittings.

I am a school teacher with a degree in Secondary English and aspirations of teaching literature at the college level, so one would think I am a literary snob or something close. Not so.

I am currently in the middle of reading Full Black by Brad Thor.

I just finished The Overton Window by Glenn Beck. It is one of the best books I have read in a while.

I've read reviews on Full Black. Sounds good.

If you like espionage/counter-terrorism types of books then you will like it. I have read every book by Brad Thor so far and I love his style of writing. It isn't all about killing and combat. He writes fiction from a more realistic perspective.

It's on Kindle. Might have to pick that one up next! Right now I'm reading the Dick Winters memoirs "Beyond the Band of Brothers". I'm a fan of the mini series.

I am currently reading "Never Die Easy" by Don Yaeger. It is an autobiography of Walter Payton. Interesting book in the way that it is written, due to the fact it was still in the process of being written by Payton at the time of his death.
