    I thought it was an interesting read! They had to cook all the eggs up and eat them before Lent or they would spoil?

    And their is a TON of symbolism behind decorating eggs.

    Thanks for the link! I remember an old neighbor lady, who lived a couple doors down from me, that hand painted Easter eggs. They reminded me of Faberge eggs without the glitz of crystals and such, but they were very beautiful.
