    New here from Kentucky

    Well, my story is a simple one. My name is Chris.

    I was born in Chicago and moved to Kentucky at age ten. I collected cards from the age of 7 until i was 18. I joined the Army and due to traveling, specifically once to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. It was pointless to attempt to raise a collection. I got out of the army July 2011, at 23, and have recently started back into the collecting.

    I'm eventually going to be trying to open a shop around my area but it is going to be a hassel seeing as everybody here is all about college and the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville. So for now i have my online ebay store. I'm more of an NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL kind of guy myself, specifically everything and anything dealing chicago. Bears, Bulls, Cubs and Blackhawks. Not the White Sox.

    Thanks Adam, and yes, I am definitely what you could call an opportunist. I'm not out to make a quick penny, I am actually looking to dive pretty deep into the business of sports cards and memorbilia.

    My teacher's salary doesn't allow me to spend a bunch of $$$$$$ but I do find deal on here quite frequently.....
