    Retail action! Topps chrome hot box?

    Found a 2008 topps chrome hot box at walmart, pulled 2 inserts or refractors from every pack! Is this normal? Best card is a chin-lung hu blue auto rc! Also busted a bowman platinum blatter and pulled a nolesi (yankees) rc auto gold ref!
