    I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is no. I think players that debut in the playoffs won't have rookie cards until the following season.

    Definitely no. Cut off date for rookies is the All Star Game. He'll be a relatively high profile carry-over for 2012-13 so he can get all the major RCs.
