    Staps on bubble mailers?

    are you allowed to do this????

    most bubble mailers ive gotten from trades have the little thing at the top with $1.95

    do i have to buy those or can i just stick some good ol stapms on

    what happens if it weighs over 13 oz and i put stamps on it, will they just send it back to me saying i need to go to the post office??
