Hasn't been proven yet that he actually did it. It is possible that someone did it for him. Yes, regardless, it appears it is an autopen like what is used for his TTM items. However, it could have been someone else that did it on his behalf and that the cards never actually made it to him, so I would prefer not to accuse him until Press Pass can determine what exactly happened.

And I wouldn't be surprised to see Press Pass make it right for the collectors once everything has come to light...
