Found 2 2011 Value Boxes At Walmart

So I had the itch to bust something tonight and Walmart is right down the road. I expected to go in and get some 2012 value boxes but they still had 2 2011 value boxes so I had to get those since hey were marked down to $10.98 a piece.

Didn't hit anything of not from the bowman chrome packs.

The topps update packs were that bad though. I hit:

Babe Ruth SP
Ricky Henderson SP
Roberto Alomar Diamond Parallel SP

Also the retail Harpers were a silver and gold one so not bad there either.

If anyone is interested in anything let me know. Selling only.

Also they had a sealed box of 2010 bowman platinum there that was marked down to $40. It had 24 packs inside. Is this worth getting at all? Pretty sure it was just retail.

That was actually a couple good boxes for the price. You can't beat pulling 3 SPs and getting a Gold Harper unless you hit an auto or GU. Overall, I'd be very happy

Yea I'm quite happy. I've probably bought around 50 of these and that was my first gold Harper lol

not bad, my walmart has one of those platinum boxes as well, didnt have enough cash to get it yesterday though, although ive bought one from them before, and it seems worth the price, 3 auto's(one is usually a gu/auto) plus 3-5 numbered refractors + all the rookies and prospects, so you really cant go wrong for the price.

Mine did, not sure if they all do though, ofcourse the paralels were better than my auto's, but you have a chance to hit a strasburg auto, goldschmidt auto, and the relic autos were much better in 2010 platinum than the 2011.
hoping my local walmarts still have a box this weekend, as im itching to bust some more of it, especially at $40, its really a cant lose.

From other breaks I have read you only get 1 auto. Maybe yours was a hobby box? Also JD Martinez is in there I think? If it's only one auto then definitely not worth the 40. It's tough to pass up though with the Strasburg possibility.

exactly this, and even if you don't pull something great, it's not much of a loss anyways. because then if you do hit that, nasty profit ;)

just looked on the box, it was definately retail, however it doesnt say whats guaranteed, it just says look for autographs and autographed mem cards.
