At what rate do the Ice Rookies /99 fall? Is it one per case on average or more? Thanks

I think it's more scarce than that. I could be wrong though.

When Ice was a standalone produce, I think the /99's were 1:7 cases or so. But my memory gets foggy sometimes.

Did the rough numbers a while back....1:6 cases seems to be about the rate!

The post is in reference to this years ice ... 11/12 inserted into Black Diamond (and eventually SPx, with different rookies)...

When ICE was a full blown-24 pack box; then yes...it was a case hit....not anymore.

I busted 2 cases this year and didn't pull a /99 rookie. So they're definitely NOT one per case.

That's just plain brutal, it's because I don't breaks boxes, too much risk for my economy, and I never had a good fortune with hits, even with packs or boxes....
