Replacement Queston and Advice

I had a Phaneuf 2009/10 Ice Signature Swatches redemption. It was not produced. I called the day I entered the code to get the replace process going. Waited a long time, the website status still read replacement requested. When I sent in my Lundqvist Cup card to be fixed I started to bring up my replacement again.

I emailed UD on friday beacuse the status changed to being packaged and shipped. I asked what I was getting. The reply was You will be receiving a Trilogy Gaorik autograph and an SP Game Used Phaneuf.

I am not sure the values of the cards I am getting because they didn't put a year, also not sure the value on the first Ice phaneuf. Do you think that is a good replacement? I don't like it when they send two cards instead of one. I want the full value of the one card returned back with one card. Of course none of the teams or players I asked for are being sent. Its not like I asked for Crosby or superstar players, I asked for players close to Phaneuf value.

They replace by book value, unfortunately. I requested a replacement for a 10/11 SP Authentic Thomas McCollum FW Auto/999, which sells on ebay for about $50, and received a Pavel Datsyuk Sign of the Times from 10/11 SPA. I can't say I was disappointed as I did request Datsyuk, but they can be had on ebay for about $20-$25.

If it's an Ice Scripts Gaborik auto, you're already ahead of the curve.

I dont think so, phaneuf sig swatch would hold more value than a Gabby ice script by about 5 - 6x or higher. Gabby Ice Scripts are had on ebay for 3 - 4$ consistently, a phaneuf sig swatch would bring 20$+ easily. Id be quite bummed on this one. If its a gabby trilogy scripts, id be on the phone very fast, as that would be a 1$ card for a 20$ card.

I know they told me about BV and blah blah blah. I emailed them asking what year the cards were from. They had no clue.

Yeah your gonna get ripped if thats the card your getting in exchange, those Sig Swatches are also case hits.

got the replacement today. Gabby 2007/08 ice scripts and Phaneuf 2010/11 spgu jersey. I wish UD could replace cards one for one.

I would call and be heavily P-O'd with them. That is a joke compared to the Phaneuf Sig Swatch.
