SPGU Letter Marks REdemption help needed?

So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how the Letter/Number Marks Redemptions work? I have one incoming but I need 9 total(7 letter and 2 numbers). In the auctions I see nothing on the card that says what Letter/Number the card is for? Does anyone have any information on these redemptions and what/how you go about making sure you don't get doubles of the same letter if you redeem more than one? Please let me know as I would rather not get 7 of the letter redemptions and end up getting 7 S's!LOL Any help is greatly appreciated, Brad.

I don't believe there is any way to formally make sure (though sending an email to UD's customer service couldn't hurt).

I do remember someone on here a couple of years ago being in the same boat as you - had sent in enough to get all the letters for (I think) GAGNER and they did send him the complete name... no doubles (other than the G, which there were two of).

Cool I am planning on calling UD just to make sure. Maybe they will make note on my account so I don't get doubles. First I need to get them all though!LOL Thanks for the reply, Brad.

Yeah - I would like to think that the people doing those redemptions do have a brain. I assume you're chasing Skinner. I would bet that if you submitted 7 & 2 - you'll probably get one of each..... but I would call them to ensure it.

Yeah that's my plan for sure. I want to do whatever I can to avoid any doubles!LOL

I would definitely suggest calling them so that they can make a note for you. It would be pretty lame on their part if you were to get 3 S's, 1 N, 2 I's, and so forth.

Gagner's Letter Marks were redemptions so what I did was acquire 6 redemptions cards before redeeming them. Once I had 6, I called Upper Deck and redeemed them over the phone. I asked Upper Deck to send me his whole name "GAGNER" and they did.

Basically, what I recommend is for the player you have, acquire the necessary redemptions and redeem them over the phone all at once. Tell Upper Deck that you want the whole nameplate. They generally do a good job with that.

Update! I got both numbers and the trophy marks(redeemed). I have 3 letters so far and I'm hoping to add more ASAP. I am calling UD soon to redeem the numbers and see how that goes. Kinda glad I got the numbers first so I can test the waters with those!LOL I'll keep everyone updated if anyone cares!LOL
