Curious what was his ID as I had the same thing happen and refused to send it to him and reported the transaction and got my fees back from E-bay. I use Turbo lister and lock out anyone from bidding from outside Canada and the USA and some how they keep on bidding I suspect there is some kind of flaw in the E-bay listing program. Also each one of these guys who bought from me were from Hong Kong or Taiwan. And all had a large number small to mid level purchases not all of them were sports cards but random items on a new account in less then a month seemed suspicious to me.

$25 is not a ton of money, but not something I would just want to give away either. That being said. If his feedback looks good and he's done this in the past I would probably just send it to him. I've had buyers request address changes and ususally if they have good feedback and the card is under $30 I'll send it out. To me it seems unlikely that someone with 100's of 1,000's of feedback would pull a first scam like this on a $25 card. That's just my .02 though, and could see either side of it.
