A GOOD Customer Service Experience - Panini
Hi all,
I've ripped on Panini in the past with regards to redemptions, lack of value in the products, poor collation and generally not felt good with them given the amount of $ I've spent this year on 11-12 products (over 10K).
BUT... today, I actually called them because I wanted to see if any of my outstanding redemptions could be shipped out (I knew 2 were live). I've never called their offices before, and got through to a live person within 1 minute of being on hold. She absolutely the most pleasant person I've dealt with, and stated that she would print out all of my redemption requests, pull all available cards and ship out via Fedex first thing Monday morning.
I never caught her name, but kudos to Panini for there being an accessible live person and a very friendly & helpful one at that.

This is encouraging.
I have never had a redemption issue with Panini, but haven't had as many as others.

Hey, what number did you call? I keep trying to get through and no one answers. Hoping I get through at some point....
