You could buy bubble mailers in bulk (I bought 500 bubble mailers for $40) and use online shipping. It costs $1.64 for up to 3oz (6-8 cards in penny sleeve and top loaders) with DC to ship.
You will make a lot more people happier and not worry about machines, correct postage, or cards getting bent. Plus you can track the cards. I know some people don't like or even accept PWEs even if it is a low end card.

I totally get where you are coming from. But this is an easy way to sell base RCs, cheap autos, and cheap #ed cards that arent even worth $1.64 shipping and a mailer.
When people buy cards in PWE they know there is always a small risk included. I NEVER ship anything with windows or thick. I have gotten 100s of cards in PWE and never got one damaged, unless it was a thick one. If people arent interested in PWE sales, they shouldnt click on a thread called PWE SALES INSIDE, know what i mean?

Oh I agree. I was under impression it was for low end autos and memorabilia cards. However if it is more than 3 cards then a mailer and online postage makes more sense. Cheaper and you get DC. But for a single base card worth $.50 unless the buyer pays the shipping for mailer then yeah a PWE makes sense in that situation.
But like you said if the buyer is told it would be a PWE it would be on them to pursue the trade.
