    Well, turns out I got to talk to the right person. In about 3 hours and 6 emails the card is apparently being shipped again *fingers crossed*

    I know that UD cut back on its staff awhile ago, which includes QA and redemptions. This really does not help matters.

    So far, I have not gone a year without having to deal with UD QA at least a few times. If it's anything hard-signed...16 weeks is too optimistic...

    I was told they had them completed and ready to ship out, so I don't think 16 weeks was too optimistic :)
