I have a question. When a numbered card is 1 off xxx or matches the jersey number of the player, how much does this affect the value?

Hey bud, most of the time, "technically" the serial # of the card has no effect on the value. Sometimes traders/collectors do like to add their own little value onto it for the "uniqueness" factor though. Hope this helps!
