Reporting shill bidders/sellers?
I've come across a seller on ebay that has a blatantly obvious shill bidding acount. not going to name names right away but the account in questions has 42 total bids all under one seller in a time span of 2 days. He also has no other bids on any other sellers.. thats right 100% of his 42 bids all on one seller.. get a clue dude. I haven't bothered to waste my time searching if ebay does anything to these sellers.. so figured I'd just ask here.. can they be reported? Will ebay cross reference IP addresses or will they just say screw it we don't care?

eBay will take care of the situation with the facts you have presented.
I'm not sure the route you are to to take, someone will probably post to give that insight.
People simply don't time to think about what they are doing.

yeah im sure he knows what he's doing.. i contacted him asking if he'd do a buy it now price on one of his cards and he replied with the usual "just going to let this one run it's course" which is fine that's perfectly plausible.
and now we know why he lets them all run because if he doesn't get the exact $ he wants he just relists it.

he conveniently won the item with his shill acount a few months ago.

when I asked why it was relisted he claimed it was never paid for. yet he continues to let that person bid on his items.. 50 times? thanks to the fact that I check past sale prices of any card before buying I had found it.. caught red handed. I am not going to harass him about it through email I will simply report it using the customer service page on ebay. Please feel to do the same with your account.

Report it under the "fraudulent listing" category.

thats funny, the shill bidder gets feeback from the seller, the seller then relists the same card sold to the shill bidder within a month.... haha

It's tough to do honestly, since it's possible they aren't really shilling.
