Panini redemptions!

After a year Panini finally starts shipping redemptions!

My 1/1 dual auto from Limited will be here on Monday after less than 3 months. I was expecting to wait about 2 years for it!!

Oh and year they seem to be getting better I have a whole bunch of redemption stuff from Panini coming in the next few days and did not even have to call them. I wonder if they hired someone new who is kicking A#! in the redemption department or they are finally listening to collectors who are the ones that are keeping them employed.

They just did a recent overhaul of the Customer Service Department at Panini. Brought in a whole new staff that could do the job to the level that collectors expect. Over the past month the CS has been pretty good.

I was a bit wrong but still happy with Vegas!
This is he`s responce on another site:
"Glad David was able to help you. Karvin and I have been stressing to the CS team how important fulfilling the hockey redemptions and getting replacements is. David is doing a great job for us making sure the CS department is helping all of you."
