Card Shipping Question
Hi All
New to collecting and selling/trading cards.
Is it safe to send a card in only a bubble mailer with a top loader?
Or do i need to tape the top loader to cardboard to prevent it from being bent?
Thx for the advice.

Tape the top to be sure. The cards sometimes slide. Sometimes I add a backer to keep the card firm also.

some dont like tape on toploaders so alternate option is to fold a piece of paper around the card in toploader and then tape the paper secure , if a trade of some value ($15 or better) recommend using tracking (delivery confirmation or signature confirmation and insured for higher money cards ) good luck have any other questions feel free to ask

Really? I was just at a UPS Store earlier today and I asked about conformation delivery and he said $9.99 + $.50 for the confirmation. They charged me $1.90 for a bubble mailer. I only had one card in there penny sleeved/top loader/taped on top/wrapped in sheet of paper. So weight wasn't to bad. But your saying send it USPS first class w/delivery confirmation huh? What's that run $2.50ish then?

its usually about $2.35 if i remember correctly. dont use ups. Postal service is the way to go, and go to walmart and buy bubble mailers, you can pick up a pack of 10 for 5 bucks
