    Luongo question - rare card?

    I pulled a 06-07 BAP up close and personal insert of Luongo. However, the foil was missing. The card is indented where the foil should be. I was wondering if anyone has encountered any other error of this kind?

    I asked the owner of my LCS and he has NEVER seen or heard any other card with this error.

    It is numbered out of 999...could it be the only one with this error?

    Help me out here!
