What is the best men's face shaver?

Well I have resigned my usage of an old shaver & am now in search of the next one.

I did like this Nerelco double action life & cut. It is the three circular cutters in a triangle shape model.

There are other possibilities for sure.

So what do you use or like & why do you have those feelings?

Is there a brand or model that stands out as simply greater than all others?

Thanks for helping me go on to a new face cleaner.

I just use a normal razor, never liked the electric ones.

Ah I have gone that route a couple times & never really caught onto the attraction.

Maybe I'm missing out on the real American way?

For some reason (maybe its the one I used) but I never got a close shave with an electric one. I guess I use a "hybrid" now. Haha. A 4 blade razor that vibrates.

A close shave, yeah I've encountered that challenge.

I figured it was probably a combination of one of the circular cutters being broken, cleaning not done regularly, and or simply the age of the thing.

I'm now trying to picture me guiding a vibrating 4 razor blades across my neck.

I also go the manual shaving route. I use a Gillette Fusion with the vibrating function. Have used it for years and love it. Like PDawson, I have used an electric before and it never got close enough for me.

One glimpse of the Gillette Fusion & my desire kind of shifted course.

I deal with fancy cards & now I have the opportunity to play around with a fancy shaver.
