Listen "people" I really dont card what any of you say. You see the Bears beat the snot out of the Packers and are in first place. No matter what any of the panty wastes say we still are in first place. When your team is in first place then come talk to me, until then your team sucks and we are in first place!!!

Oh and Mitch as far as me starting this thread well you see I live in a place called America and in America we are allowed to post threads and have fun and what not. You see that is the whole point of these forums. If you felt hurt by my comments you must look deep into your soul. Its because your a Packer fan that you feel hurt and offended. Your more then welcome to jump on da Bears bandwagon. I know I would feel pretty stupid as well if I were a Packers fan ! LOL

Do you think your Bears are going all the way and will win the Super Bowl? If so, I will bet on that.

Here's my perspective:
Yes, the Packers were/are decimated by injuries. They bring Gado out of the sky to be their running back after Green and Davenport and Fisher (now back on the roster) get injured. Losing Javon Walker (your #1 receiver) in week 1 is another downer.
But...what excuse does the Packers D have??? for all the games in which they've given up so many yards and TD's.
Favre is not too old, IMO. He just has a gosh awful supporting cast around him. Did you see the play where he was the lead blocker in the end-around to Chatman? Or the last play of the game, where he avoided a sack three times.
By no means am I a packer fan, or a Favre fan, but I am not a biased Bears fan entirely who thinks the Bears are perfect (which they arent).
The Bears defense is one of the best I have ever seen, and most guys are locked up in contracts till 2007, '08+++(Urlacher till 2011!!!!). So, they will only get better as the years roll on, and cannot even imagine what they will be like next year.
What the Bears don't have is a punt-returner. Wade and Davis both cannot catch the ball on punt returns, I have lost count on how many drops they have had over the course of the season. I know Lovie Smith is really missing R-Dub right about now.
Kyle Orton, I'll give him credit, he really doesn't make too many mistakes. But...only throwing for 66 yds just plain sucks. Being 0-10 on third down yesterday is miserable.
I honestly would much rather have a healthy Grossman(once he gets to be 100%) than a healthy Orton. Granted, Kyle has led them during their winning streak, but they cannot keep that kind of game up too much longer (steelers and falcons upcoming).
The Bears still dont have a true #2 receiver. Berrian did well yesterday in his first game back, but where was Gage and Wade??
Even Moose had two drops yesterday. Orton does not deserve all the blame for a miserable passing game, because he usually doesnt have capable receivers to throw to.
Thankfully the Steel Curtain no longer is as tough as made out to be. 38 pts to Bengals, 26 (i think) to Colts)
Just my 2 cents.

I agree with you Berg. Orton, really is crap. He cant do anything with the ball, and until he learns to pass, I like Grossman. As a QB, Id take Grossman on the Vikes as a backup or 3rd string any day. And btw, the Vikings are gaining on the Bears. Maybe, well play the Bears first round? Another upset in first round for the playoffs for the Vikes, perhaps?
