The good ol' group break mojo

So, after my rant on my last Captain C GB failure, I wasn't going to do anymore team drafts... well, after 2 more failed attempts, and no major success, I figured I'd give it one final kick at the can for $89 for a 17 spotter (mainly got sucked in against my will). Well, I got the 10th pick and missed out on all the good letters like L, S, M etc... I scrolled through the checklist and saw some decent hits for the letter G, but it had one of the worst # of cards in the product at 17 for the 17 spots. The one spot I checked the most was Vintage memorabilia cards, because I love those, and saw a few, so figured why not.

Turns out, it was a 'G'reat pick. I've never hit gold off of a GB before, but there is a first time for everything!

and the top 3:
Doug Gilmour Stick and Jersey (Sick stick piece, really wanted one of these, and an awesome player to boot)
Ryan Getzlaf Complete Jersey /9

and, well, what made my night of studying awesome, was a Charlie Gardiner Vintage Memorabilia /9

So, the hobby strikes back. As Chumbawamba says "I get knocked down, but I get up again. You never gonna keep me down."
