    2 Bowman Jumbo Boxes

'm generally a hockey and oddball collector. However with all the buzz surrounding Bowman, I figured I'd give it a shot for a couple of boxes from an LCS in the Dallas area. The only baseball I open is usually a case of A&G, however with the beauty of these cards along with the chase, I can see how these are so popular. Here are the hits...

    Ice
    Jose Campos
    Jose Reyes
    Brad Peacock
    Jarrod Parker

    USA Flag
    Cliff Lee
    Derek Jeter
    Will Swanner

    Paper Hits

    Blue
    Ervin Santana
    Luis Heredia
    Eric Surkamp
    Alex Liddi
    Bryce Harper

    Orange
    Danny Hultzen

    Todd Helton Orange and Blue

    Chrome Hits

    Refractor
    Charlie Tilson
    Luis Angel Sanz
    Adam Duvall

    Blue
    Adonys Cardona

    Autos
    Addison Reed
    Brandon Jacobs
    Clay Holmes x2
    Austin Hedges
    Dillon Howard

    Chrome Gold
    Danny Hultzen

Since I'm here in the DFW area, I'm debating whether getting the Hultzen graded makes sense. I would likely have the first graded version out there. I'm guessing that it's a 9, maybe 9.5 if I'm lucky. What are the opinions of more season Bowman buyers/collectors on the merit of getting a non-auto graded?

Well it's off center left to right so might grade a 9 maybe a 9.5 if the back is centered well.

Since its in your backyard I would get it graded first thing tomorrow and if it turns out well then great if it doesn't then just break it out of the case and sell raw.

Also if you're willing to move that dillon Howard auto let me know please thanks!

I just dropped it off this morning at Beckett. I'll roll the dice and see what happens. I agree with the centering. Luckily the back is very well centered. There is just a very small nick under the one arm that might affect the surface grade. If I didn't live 20 minutes from their office, I'd just move it raw. I'll shoot you a PM on the Howard auto.

Right now I'm only looking to sell. Thanks.

95% of the time I'll go to Nick's. Occasionally, about 2-3 times a year, I'll go over to Triple Cards in Plano. I've never made it to SMH over in Grapevine. Are you from the area?
