    The jerseys used for rookies in the cup aren't actual game worn, but EVENT worn.

    Along the bottom of the jersey on the back it usually has letters stitched on saying "08/09 rookie showcase" or something similar to that. All it does is give them more "patches" to work with later on.

    I used to have a picture of one of these jerseys but I can't seem to find it right now.

    Yeah there's always some "unique"/"huh?" patches in Cup rookies because of all the goofy random letters they add to the jerseys. I want to get myself a Pacioretty Cup RC but when I do it's going to be a more traditional Habs logo piece.
