I figured I would tell the story around the card.
Back in LEbron's rc year the LCS got 1 box of Ultimate in and I purchased it for $400 if I am not mistaken. I gave one of the packs to my son who was at the time 10. I pulled a couple of nice cards, but nothing to write home about. My son opened his pack and yelled at the top of his lungs Lebron James. He said dad I just pulled a LEbron rc patch auto and it is numbered out of /25 but 1 color [who cares really right. Just won't get a premium like multi-colored do]

Fast forward to today. The card has been in his posession ever since and I said one day you will get some big money for that card well now he is about to go to college and looking considering how hot LEbron is currently we are going to sell the ard and use for college tuition. HE currently has received $10,000 in academic scholarships so the $20,439 cost for his first year is half paid. I saw two one with a nice multi color with a crazy 10,000 BIN/BO and one with a reasonable 7,495 BIN/BO with 7 offers.

We are probably going to listed it as a BIN/BO around that amount with immediate payment required, but is that possible with best offers. What is a good best offer? I am thinking in the 4,000-5,000 range.

My son was a 2nd team academic all-state in 5A footbal in Texas; 2nd team all district; Regional champion in powerlifting and ranked 16th out of 415 in his high school class. We are so proud. We stressed academics over athletics but he excelled at both. He will be attending the University of Texas @ Tyler for 2 years and then transferring to the University of Texas @ Austin [my alma mata]. He is majoring in Computer Science and although acceptedinto UT @ Austin because of his degree program being moved into the engineering college he could not get into that school so since UT @ Tyler accepted him into the engineering/computer science school he made the decision to go their instead of just being in the undergraduate program. He is taking IB test to see how many hours he will test out of as a freshman this week.
