Ive read a few articles about this subject and all seem to point that its a set up by a young woman who wanted some cash after being spurned. Not sure of her age but apparently she gave him an ID stating she was 21 that may not have been legit.

Age of consent is 18. I believe the age was important for alcoholic consumption which is needed to be 21 in America. Irregardless I believe they are just pointing out that he identified her as being of age by a check of a photo ID and it was bogus. Furthering the claims she is just trying to extort money from him by lieing from the get go.

I was very sad to hear about this. I really hope these are false. Last year me and the family were eating out and saw him, went to ask for a picture with him and he asked us to have dinner with him on him. I have heard many other great stories about Andersen from friends. He has also done so many charity-anti drugs-kid camp events for the city of Denver over the last couple of years. He has earned the respect of the city Denver, I'm not going to judge him until he is proven guilty.

I hope it is a case of extortion and not what it first sounded like.

Birdman seems like cool people to me, I got his auto before a hawks game. I hope and pray that these charges are false.
