Halladay Perfect Game Tickets

Not a card or auto, but still two of my favorite PC items.

I lived in South Florida for about 8 years and went to every Phillies game I could down there. I was lucky enough to witness his perfect game... the best game I ever saw in person (game ended 1-0 with Josh Johnson going 8 innings and allowed only 1 unearned run). Unbelievable game to see! Anyway, here are the tickets... still in great condition. Thinking about trying to get a TTM auto of Roy Halladay on one. What do you guys think... worth the chance to see if he will sign it one?

Those are awesome. Last I heard Halladay doesn't do TTM, and hasn't for a while now. Best bet is an event or IP in ST from what I've gathered. Those are sick, though.

Yea, have heard that about Doc (not signing TTM) but thought it may be worth a shot since I have two. But, I agree... spring training may be my best shot.

Only thing that sucks about these tickets is the value of them was diluted by the Marlins organization who decided to sell UNSOLD tickets from the game for weeks after. And, as you can imagine, since I was one of the maybe 4000 who were actually in attendance (1000 of which who kids/teens just there for the Pit Bull concert after the game) they had PLENTY of extra tickets to sell.

Just another reason why I hate the Marlins organization with a passion ;)

Those are sick! I have my ticket still from when Randy Johnson threw his perfect game against Atlanta....i keep all my ticket stubs...and love the big picture looking tickets....I hope you get that Halladay signature on one!!!

Somewhere, I still have stubs from Kenny Rogers Perfect Game, and the "Will Clark Jersey" T shirt for kids 13 and under from that night and the ticket stubs and lithograph from the 1 year anniversary.

I was at both games when I was kid, the anniversary game was just by accident(aunt and uncle took us up there with about 30 other kids from the youth group)

Those are awesome! I agree with W_Raoul2, I would wait for an IP opportunity instead of TTM. I wouldn't want to risk losing one in the mail.

I think it would be cool to have one graded by PSA, although I did forget about the Marlins stunt. What a joke. For what it's worth, I've also hated the Marlins since 1997 - I'm big Indians fan.
